About the Event
Kate Bradbury will be joining us as part of the Guildford Book Festival. Kate is an award-winning garden writer, broadcaster and TV presenter, specialising in wildlife gardening. ‘One Garden Against the World’ is a beautiful, uplifting story chronicling the joys and challenges of nurturing biodiversity. Despite the beauty of her own garden oasis, she grapples with climate change anxiety and the urgent need for collective action to address habitat loss and rising temperatures.
In conversation, Kate will give us ideas about what we can all do, no matter how small our space, to encourage wildlife and make a positive impact on the planet. We are looking forward to welcoming her in school and hearing about work and newest book.
There will be an opportunity to buy a copy of ‘One Garden Against the World’ and have Kate sign.
